Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Agonist, and choose to change or cancel your plan. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I get a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We're happy to help you troubleshoot first — just email us.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and its synced cloud data. You can also email apps@bitart.sk to request deletion and we'll take care of it.

My reminders aren't showing up

Make sure notifications are enabled for Agonist in Settings → Notifications → Agonist, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them. Reopening the app after changing a schedule re-registers your upcoming reminders.

How does the "in your system" graph work?

It's an estimate. Agonist models how much of each compound is active using the dose, timing, and a typical half-life. It's for personal tracking only — not a medical calculation or dosing recommendation.

Is Agonist medical advice?

No. Agonist is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medication or health decision.
